Due to a number of upcoming projects, Keir's construction team in London is looking for a Site Manager to work on the Royal College of Art in Battersea. You will be responsible for: Managing the site and ensuring the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality Assisting the Senior Management in the formulation of contractual strategies and ensuring that such strategies are implemented Carrying out 'toolbox talks' in line with the work areas programme and maintaining records Identifying the need for Risk Assessments / Safe Systems of work and implementing in your area whilst maintaining records as well as managing and implementing H&S procedures including the weekly audit process and ensuring all registers and documentation are entered correctly and in a timely manner Ensuring the timely delivery of MI, project reporting and forecasting Supporting the procurement functions in the selections of sub-contractors and suppliers and provide performance feedback Ensuring staff you are responsible for understand their roles and responsibilities, and managing them accordingly by providing guidance and training as necessary To be successful in this role you will need: Previous Site Management experience is essential Previous experience of Cat A internal fit out Proven track record in successfully managing a project Leadership skills Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills and customer focussed In return you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, company car or car allowance, 26 days annual leave, matched pension scheme up to 7.5% and two share scheme options.
