Fyte are delighted to bring to market an Audit Senior position based in Glasgow with a leading Professional Services client . This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a fast paced and successful organisation. In this role there is plenty of opportunities to progress and get involved in new projects and be part of a great working atmosphere. The role would suit someone with similar audit experience and requires someone with excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the senior management team to deliver audit and accounting services; Responsible for the planning implementation and completion of a variety of audit clients and will be required to support other members of the audit team Visiting client sites to oversee the Audit including supporting junior team members and being responsible for complex file areas Communicate effectively with both junior members of the team and management, ensuring management receive appropriate information relevant to the audit Plan and complete audit assignments and ensure that all audits have the appropriate and sufficient documentation to support the opinion and to document all conclusions reached Preparation of statutory financial statements from client data Assist with the development of more junior members within the team and ensure workload on audit is evenly distributed where appropriate to junior members of the team Manage and develop client relationships Complete all administration in a timely manner (including timesheets and fees) and to a high standard Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements Previous Experience: Part Qualified Excellent client facing skills Flexible approach to working hours A good team player Ability to work to strict deadlines If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Erin Boyle in our Glasgow office.
