Overview
Process Owner job, based in London, must have Ariba/Supplier on-boarding exp. , £70-75k salary with benefits This Process Owner role plays a pivotal part in driving the benefit and value from our engagement with third party trading partners. This role supports the Global S2P Process Owner for our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, which is what stage this project is currently at. The programme will replace a large part of our Finance systems on the implementation of Ariba and SAP S/4 Hana. What you'll being doing You will be responsible for designing best practice global and streamlined processes, as well as recommending enhancements to the global template in respect of supplier enablement, performance management and life-cycle management. Developing and implementing performance cycle management The development of an effective supplier enablement approach to transact with suppliers Own the relationships necessary to implement the supplier workstream deliverables both across the business and with the transformation partner teams. Define and own detailed plans to meet programme and transformation milestones, escalating risks and issues and important decisions. Lead process walkthrough's to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the solution. Support testing & quality management review of the solution design Ensuring training material , process documentation and other supporting material are developed and maintained. Lead process improvement to optimise business process, application functionality and business compliance Skills & Experience required for the role Deep and extensive knowledge and understanding of the procurement business process area and principles within a Global organisation Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of design and implementation of Ariba SIPM/ SLP and SAP S/4 Hana (Ariba is a must) Strong and collaborative working approach with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations. You will possess Supplier On-boarding knowledge Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation with a global scope. Demonstrable delivery of sound judgement and strong business acumen, always looking at the best possible outcome.
