Care assistant Required for Residential Care Home Immediate start We are currently looking for experienced Care Workers to join us on a temporary basis. Our client is a specialist provider for a Learning Disability Day centre for adults with learning disabilities. Their vision is to provide high quality care and support in an environment that maximises their potential to live as independently as possible. We require people who can demonstrate a positive attitude and passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities. Also, practical understanding of carrying personal care with dignity and privacy. Details of the role: Position: Care Assistant Location: Barnet Hours: Part time/Full Time hours per week You must be available at least 4 to 5 days of the week and carry personal care Shift Pattern: 10:00 to 15:30 For this role: You will be paid a minimum of £10 per hour Work flexible shifts to provide you with a good work life balance Pension contribution Holiday Pay Training Requirements for Role: Have you got a minimum of 1 years' experience working with Learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour clients? Do you have experience working with autism or clients who are autistic? Do you have the right to work in the UK? Do you have an enhance updated DBS or willing to do a new enhanced DBS?
