An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client - a leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Facilities Management Process Owner based at their prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames (KT1 2BA) OR can based at their Port Sunlight Site (CH62 4UY). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months Maternity Cover), working 36.25 or 37.50 hours per week. This role is paying between £30,500 - £40,500 depending on experience pro rata per annum (PAYE). Job Description: The FM Owner is the primary interface to the third-party Facilities Management Suppliers, IT team, WTS Global and Regional teams for the IWMS solution. This is the key role in ensuring the smooth operation of AMM and Helpdesk modules within the IWMS solution. The FM Process Owner will deliver Operational Excellence with LEAN mindset, thereby bringing the culture of continuous improvement. The FM Process Owner is globally responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Asset Management and Maintenance (AMM) Planon Module along with the Helpdesk module, to ensure the smooth onboarding of new suppliers and ongoing operational effective management across the Business. This role will be part of the Competence Centre managing operational queries and strategic tool developments. This position requires the individual to be fully operational in their knowledge of Planon AMM and Helpdesk functionality as well as IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) and operational Facilities Management experience. This role should be expected to act in a supervisory capacity over contractors and/or external 3 party suppliers and may or may not have direct organizational reports. This role may be assigned to lead projects of large to medium size and high to medium complexity. Main Accountabilities: Takes responsibility for onboarding third-party Facilities Management Suppliers for the AMM and Helpdesk Modules, ensuring the Suppliers have completed the 12-week onboarding plan. As part of the Competence Centre role, liaise with the Planon team as and when required to address the new requirements and operational queries during the third-party Supplier onboarding and post go-live. To ensure the Business and third-party Suppliers are aware of Planon AMM and Help Desk capabilities and seek opportunities to maximize the benefits of the platform features. Assess new functional requirements by utilizing business experience, act as an SME (Subject Matters Expert) and advise on the practicability of alternatives by understanding technical limitations and operational realities. Reinforce AMM and Help Desk related governance. Ownership and UAT testing of future Planon sprint-based enhancements. Working knowledge of Case Exchange technologies and Workplace SME for future case exchange projects. Facilities Management Hard Services KPI Single point of Contact Extending the current property scope of AMM and Helpdesk modules to outside of in-scope properties. Creation of AMM and Helpdesk communication material. Data Owner for AMM and Helpdesk and to grow asset management maturity across the Business. Lead the development of good practice maintenance plans and ensure that third-party suppliers are operationally delivering these plans. Analyse Asset data to ensure compliance to data standards along with supporting third-party Suppliers with developing, implementing and operating tactical and strategic Asset management plans per property. As an Operational Excellence lead, drive the best practices and set up standard processes. Ensure that all processes adhere to LEAN principles and focus on Continuous Improvement. Monthly review of Work Orders to identify trend analysis and hot cells, per property, for action. Work with third-party suppliers and Service Delivery Managers to resolve these hot cells. Monthly review of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) surveys to identify trend analysis and hot cells, per property, for action. Key Skills: Fully functional knowledge of Planon IWMS: AMM and Helpdesk modules and familiarity with other Planon Modules (Financial, Service and Contract Management). Working experience from an organisation with mature asset management systems in place. Operational Facilities Management experience with good working knowledge of maintenance, operation, design, and construction of multi-disciplinary assets. Experience of developing, implementing and operating strategic and tactical asset management plans. Project Management: Intermediate Project management Skills. Problem Solving: Problem identification and recording, classification - in terms of the impact on the business, investigation and diagnosis. Fluency in English Knowledge on Helpdesk, Case Management and Service Introduction process Experience working on Global, Regional and cross-functional teams. Previous delivery of LEAN Six Sigma projects would be desirable.
