RTC Resources are working with a stunning residential home that is based in Tunbridge Wells. They are looking for Care Assistants that are going to provide an excellent care service to their residents. This residential home is located close to Tunbridge Wells town centre and has 101 bedrooms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join this residential home on a permanent basis. The Role: Assisting residents with all aspects of their personal care. Assisting residents to eat their meals. Updating daily records and care plans. Engaging with residents. The ideal Care Assistant: Caring and compassionate Patience and understanding of older people Good Communication skills Team working skills The ability to prioritise their work load.
