Customer Service Collections Advisor Bradford - Bingley £16,000 - £18,000 DOE Hours: Shifts between 8am - 8pm (approx 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm) (35 hours a week) If you're looking for a vibrant and friendly call centre based Customer Service role, there has never been a better time to join our client that are expanding their team in Bingley. As a Customer Service Collections Advisor you will be dealing with inbound customer service queries and you will be the first point of contact or all customers. To be successful in this Customer Service Collections role we are looking for candidates with collections experience, call centre experience, retail or hospitality experience, we are open on experience as you will receive 6 weeks worth of training.
