The role a number of vacancies exists within our Leeds office , for Service Operatives - x 2 new roles to start asap or New year 2020 Answering the phone to clients and logging calls onto a business system. Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers to plan and control the daily schedule. Experience Good keyboard skills. Some experience with Microsoft office preferred but not essential A confident telephone manner. The ability to use their own initiative when working under pressure. Good organisational skills. The ability to work well within a small team Ideally background from a call centre, or customer care or facility management Why join our team? The salary is £18,000 Working 4 on 4 off shifts - days and nights 7am - 7pm and the visa versa.
