Overview
A new opportunity has arisen to identify a motivated Treasury Manager to join a highly reputable Housing Association based in Central London. The role will play an integral part in taking ownership of the organisation’s Treasury function, and will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong external relationships with funders, whilst enabling the development of the team. Responsibilities will include; Leading the Treasury function, ensuring that adequate financial resources are in place Managing organisation’s cash and deposits, and helping to raise new funds Lead and take ownership of organisation’s treasury policy and procedures Support development of organisation’s treasury strategy Liaise with and report treasury matters to board level, including the identification of any risks Review and input organisation’s treasury strategy Demonstrate leadership skills through the effective supervision of the Finance team Train members of staff in the team on all treasury matters, ensuring adequate knowledge The successful candidate must be an experienced Qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA / ACT) with a motivated and proactive approach. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop a treasury function.
