Day Webster, one of the UK's leading healthcare providers are looking for a 360 Payroll Administrator to come and work in their offices in Debden, Essex. The individual ideally will have previous experience working within a payroll environment. Have knowledge of compliance, strong maths and numeracy skills and of processing. Have the ability to problem solve and great communication and confidence. Excellent customer service and etiquette skills. The ability to plan and prioritise. Be able to make decisions and ability to multi-task and use own initiative when required. Good computer skills and Microsoft Office skills. Importing of time sheets received via email Processing of time sheets received via email Processing of time sheets via Online Time sheets Reports (Backing Report/Portal) Dealing with time sheets queries Ensuring that Online Time sheets Reports (backing Reports/Portal) reconcile to reports Downloading and or Running Online Time sheet Reports (Backing Reports/Portal) Answering Telephone queries from Candidates/consultants Answering Email queries from Candidates/consultants Processing and resolving all payroll adjustment queries received from candidates/consultants/clients Explanation of payslips and remittances to candidates Sending out Remittances to Umbrella Companies and resolving payment queries Updating candidate information and pay methods Processing of rejected shifts/time sheets Completing call and other STAT reports
