Commercial Associate Birmingham/Bristol National Law Firm Are you a Commercial Lawyer looking to progress your career with a top 100 law firm and have the opportunity to work on the most exciting commercial projects in the country? A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join this highly rated legal 500 team who are looking to expand their commercial department in both their Birmingham and Bristol offices. About the role This role is for a Commercial Lawyer to join the firm and work on drafting, negotiating and amending commercial contracts. There is a key focus on working with the local government and you will assist the team on major infrastructure projects. This role offers various, scintillating commercial work and offers the chance to work on the biggest projects which shape the country. About the candidate Successful candidates will have previous experience working as a commercial lawyer in a well-respected private practice Ideally you will have 2years PQE and have sound experience amending, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. There will be an expectation to hit the ground running. You will be commercially astute, have strong organisational skills and work well as part of a wider team.
