Could you support our IT Manager to deliver IT support, training and development across the Trust? Are you highly organised and efficient? We are seeking a dynamic IT Assistant to join our Central Services team at the Trust’s Headquarters in York. This position will help deliver IT assistance supporting our staff and volunteers located across the county to protect Yorkshire’s wildlife. The post holder will instruct and train new users, ensure IT security standards are maintained and provide guidance and support to staff where necessary. The post holder must have substantial IT experience and a good understanding of client operating systems and common software. They must be a good problem solver and have the ability to work under pressure. They will be personable and approachable with excellent communication skills and have a good understanding of data protection legislation.
