Overview

PMO / Project Scheduler - Wimbledon - £52,000 Lynx recruitment is working with leading global managed service provider. The PMO / Project Resource Scheduler is responsible for delivering ongoing resource management support to one or more practice domains. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for executing all scheduling processes and completing all activities required to optimize resource deployment for the business. Key responsibilities; Own and manage the delivery of resource requests Complete resource analysis to define business needs Maximise resource utilization across the subsidiary / federation for assigned delivery resources within the team Forecast new delivery resource headcount based on pipeline, utilization and backlog Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders Skills; Previous experience in managing resources Experience in a similar organisation Strong knowledge with MS office tools (Word, Excel, etc) Understanding of Project Management Able to work on multiple projects at a time and in a fast-paced environment If this role is of an interest, please apply
