Link3 are recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor; required to start in March 2020 at a Secondary School located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will be helping pupils with behavioural problems to reach their full potential. This role will be helping challenging students overcome any behavioural issues, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to. You should have: a good sense of humour, the ability to relate and communicate well with young people, the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst dealing with challenging situations. As a minimum, all applicants must have: a recognised educational related qualification, have a positive approach to managing behaviour and be passionate about your job which is evident in your work. Applicants will be subject pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS check registered to the update service.
