They are able to offer technology-based service solutions, for complex rotating equipment and valves. Key industries they operate in include Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Water, heavy and process industries. Due to growth in the UK they are looking to add to their successful team an Area Sales Engineer for the North West region. The Role As the Area Sales Engineer for the North West, you will be responsible for developing existing key accounts, whilst developing new business opportunities. Through utilising a network of strategically placed service centres you will look to promote new equipment and aftermarket capability in improving customers business performance, with fast and safe solutions tailored to the customer providing life cycle cost effectiveness for every project. Full offering includes new equipment, maintenance, repair, replacement parts, field service, lifetime extensions and retrofits/upgrades. This is a home-based role, where you will work as part of a team, where you will be backed with tendering and technical support to enable your success. The Candidate To apply for the position of Area Sales Engineer you must Be based in the North West Be degree educated or apprentice trained in mechanical engineering Have a sales track record of success in pumps, Compressors, mechanical seals, valves, or steam/gas turbines Have sold product or service & maintenance solutions into process of heavy industry Have experience and skills in key account management and new business development.
