Overview
My fantastic client based on the outskirts of Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Tour co-ordinator to join their Supporters Tour department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of organising the flights for the supports tour as well as assisting with the operation of the tours and everyday client liaison. Responsibilities/Duties; -Main point of contact for the groups and responsible for answering any clients queries -Making travel arrangements for the group, including flights, hotels, ground & fixtures and any extra excursions bookings. Candidate Attributes; -Have experience working within a group travel environment, in particular Sports Travel (beneficial but not essential) -Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work -Strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing -Good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Experience of working with airlines and booking flights -Ability to work under pressure and within tight timescales Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary- Up to £24000 depending on experience
