Overview

A large, well-estbalished organisation are recruiting for a Temporary Inbound Call Handler, which will last for approximately 6 months. The purpose of this role is to professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls from both branches and direct customer, resolving finance related quieries in line with the script provided. Please see below an overview of the job responsibilities: - 1st Line call handling - approximately 200 calls per day - Refer calls that canot be resolved to the relevant credit controller - Adhere to high levels of customer services by helping and supporting the customers in a friendly and professional manner on the phone. Take the time to understand the customer needs and ensure these are met. - Cary out ad-hoc administrative duties - Treat internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring clear communication - Represent the company values This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required. To be sucessful in this role, you must have previous high-volume call centre experience, ideally within customer services. Finance experience is not essential, but some understanding would be advantageous. You must have 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Maths & English. You must have good attention to detail, a great telephone manner and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be self-motived and have good timew keeping skills. In return, you will receive £21,000pa equivalent, paid hourly, every Friday. This is an ongoing position so you will be guaranteed work for a longer period, and you will receive great working hours (37.5).
