Reward and Mobility Manager - Media Company - Central London - Permanent Your new company A global media company with fantastic central London offices, are currently recruiting for a Reward and Mobility Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Your new role You will manage all of the compensation, benefits and mobility within the company. This role will cover EMEA, supporting the HR teams across the region. Responsibilities will include annual salary review process, benchmarking, senior leader compensation packages, as well as internal moves, working closely with the parent company global mobility team. What you'll need to succeed You will be a compensation and benefits professional, with some mobility experience. My client is open to Senior Reward Analyst level looking to step up into a Management role, so this could be a great career move.
