Excellent Banking Litigation Lawyer opportunity with leading firm in Cardiff Your new firm Our top-rated international client has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join their Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team in Cardiff. Your new role You will join our client's highly regarded and successful FSDI team in Cardiff, handling a busy litigation caseload covering a breadth of disputes including customer claims, disputes with suppliers, fraud work, defending mis-selling claims, pensions disputes and supporting clients with internal and regulatory investigations. You will be dealing with key banking and other financial institution clients. What you'll need to succeed You will be a recently qualified lawyer with the ability to manage a demanding caseload whilst working to strict deadlines. You will possess strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications. Previous experience of Financial Services disputes would be advantageous, but wider Commercial Litigation experience would also be considered.
