Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Advisor to join a busy Personal Injury department within a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout South Wales. The role will be predominantly based in Cardiff however there is flexibility to work from the West Wales branch. The main purpose of the role is to run a caseload of Personal Injury cases and provide an excellent service to clients. The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Processing of litigated fast track claims Processing of criminal compensation injuries claims Using a case management system for producing correspondence Ensuring that matters are dealt with maintaining high standards of quality and service from instruction to completion Assistance may be provided to solicitors by way of specific tasks on multi-track cases The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Advisor within the Personal Injury field and working knowledge of the MOJ portal.
