Complaint Investigator

Our established and well-regarded Kings Hill based client is currently seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable professional to join their Risk and Compliance team. As a Complaint Investigator, you will prove to be fundamental as you identify root causes and use expertise to give simple feedback to colleagues and clients on issues identified in complain handling support. Key skills and responsibilities: Resolve challenging broker and applicant communications and queries to effective resolution Ensure all work completed is done so in accordance with applicable quality standards and policies and procedures whilst using judgement to identify and record root causes and resolve complaints in a fair, customer focussed manner Take ownership for investigating and responding to internal and external requests accurately and efficiently Plan and prioritise allocated workloads against agreed service standards Competent to handle calls relating to customer complaints Resolve queries or referrals from both within and outside of the team Consider risk when completing daily activities Identify complaint trends, process improvements and efficiencies and share with the wider team to support business improvement Successful applicants will possess experience and knowledge gained from a financial services background and combine this with expertise gained from resolving customer complaints.
