Overview

Our Client are looking for people with great customer service skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun and sociable organisation to join their busy call centre team, in Milton Keynes. The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to their customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service. Our Client value QUALITY NOT QUANTITY so you will not need to worry about call stats or how long the customer is on the phone for. The working hours are on a rota basis of 35 working hours between the hours of 8am-8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays. Main Duties & Responsibilities: To deal with all incoming customer calls by telephone, and promptly process all queries. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues Manage all accounts in assigned lists accordingly Communicate professionally with leadership and peers on all accounts with established standards Maintain a good understanding to the banks services.
