Job Title: Office Based Mortgage Broker Location: Catford Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: R247483MBMC Remuneration: To £33,000 basic plus car or £4,000 car allowance with an OTE £65,000 Overview: An established Mortgage Brokers that has strong links with an established estate agency in the Catford area require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to offer whole of market advice on Mortgage and Protection business with uncapped earnings. Main Duties: Working a driven team of negotiators, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. Dealing with properties up to £1m you will ensure that the client receives a first-class service as well as the correct mortgage and protection advice is given. You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business. Key Skills: It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on Mortgages and Protection business You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices. You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of Protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided. Applications will be considered from Mortgage Brokers, with face to face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience.
