Overview
Service Advisor - Major Car Dealership in Cardiff Our client based in the Capital of Wales is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor working with the after-sales team in their franchised leading brand car dealership. Previous experience within a franchised motor dealership is preferred but not essential for this role. Benefits Annual basic salary c £20-22K doe Revenue bonus scheme, the bonus receivable is directly linked to the productivity and efficiency of the workshop labour revenue. This is uncapped. (approx. £2400pa) Customer satisfaction bonus scheme. Mon - Fri 8.00am - 6.00pm - Every other Saturday Morning - 8.30am - 12.30pm 22 Days Holiday Per annum Job Description To support the service desk by dealing directly with incoming phone enquiries. Loading the workshop diary, Pricing work at time of booking, Concise explanation of costs to customers, Reserving of courtesy cars, Agreeing time(s) of arrival and collection Assisting the service manager with daily standard operations. Customer service responses Control of work in progress etc Completion of all daily invoicing Efficient answering of the telephone Quality control of job cards CV to or call Anthony Radley for a confidential discussion.
