Media WIP Billing Job | £35,000 Great benefits | International Media Agency | Based in Bond Street Your new company Brand new WIP Biller vacancy at successful Media/Advertising firm. Based in the West End of London, this organisation is looking for an experienced WIP Biller to join their growing finance team. This role will be based at their flagship office in Bond Street. Your new role As a WIP biller you will be responsible for A-Z WIP Billing t Your responsibilities will extend to cover all aspects of billing and will also support operational improvements whilst working closely with senior management to achieve financial targets. Below is a summary of the role: Oversee all aspects of the billing function across the group, including the raising of bills and credit notes, write-offs and WIP management Ensure global compliance with the group's billing, WIP and credit policies Responsible for improvement of processes, compliance, systems and procedures Provide support and guidance to partners and senior management with complex bills and, where required, meet with clients to rectify debt/billing issues. Organise and manage the regular review of WIP for the purpose of ensuring that billing opportunities are identified, actioned and maximised. What you'll need to succeed SAP experience is essential and only apply if you are on short notice You will need to have background within a similar Billing role.International is experience is preferred but not essential. You must have a great understanding of the revenue/billing process and be able to demonstrate process implementation.
