Planner / Help Desk Liverpool-Huntscross £13.00PH Our Client a national contractor currently have a rare position for a help desk Co-coordinator role based in Liverpool, after wining a new social housing contract in the area. You will be the working direct with the local housing association. You will representing the contractor planning and scheduling in responsive repair works for tenants working with the trades teams to ensure the repairs are delivered when scheduled, liaising with tenants to ensure they are aware the work is being completed on certain dates. Dealing with any tenant enquires. working with the client to ensure that KPI deadlines are achieved. This is a exciting new role that you can make your own, great potential for progression. The role is a temp to perm role. Full time hours 8am-5pm Candidates must have scheduling experience and ideally have a background in Housing.
