Site Manager Colliers Wood, South West London A bespoke, privately owned developer that are situated in the heart of Surrey, are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join them on the construction of 9 luxury apartments in Colliers Wood, South West London. The Site Manager will be joining a developer that is in the transition period of going through successful rebranding and significant growth. With 3 more sites due to start in Bromley, Croydon and Mitcham in the upcoming months, the successful Site Manager will be joining a developer that’s plans are to deliver state of the art apartments in South London. The Site Manager’s role The successful Site Manager will first head up the development in Colliers Wood, where demolition is complete, and groundworks will be starting in 2/3 weeks’ time. The scheme will consist of Steel Frame / Metsec, which will be going in weeks 5/6. The Site Manager will be reporting into the Contracts Manager on a day to day basis when needed. You will be managing 6 subcontractors and between 12-15 packages. The Site Manager The Director is looking for the Site Manager to have extensive experience in a residential developer, preferably running similar apartment schemes to this one. You must be strong in finishing and attention to detail.
