Overview
Kavanagh Rescue provides emergency motoring assistance to stranded motorists across the capital and Home Counties. The customer base is formed predominately from the general public. The family owned company attends several hundred breakdown incidents every day and we are seekin g a reliable, quick thinking problem solver with excellent technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills to join our high performing team. Job Purpose To provide technical help to motorists that present queries in relation to faults with their vehicle. This could be anything from advising correct tyre pressures to helping customers get their vehicle started over the phone or simply advising the best service they require for their situation. You will be a pivotal point of contact to our customers, providing confidence in our emergency service. The position would ideally suit an experienced roadside patrol that is looking for a new challenge within an office environment. Remuneration Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Flexibility will be required. The salary for this role is £30,000 Person Specification · The successful candidate will have experience in the rescue and recovery industry, ideally with a roadside patrol background. · Have an understanding of roadside repairs and the challenges posed with working at the roadside. · Have an excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail · Possess a passion for great customer service · Have a friendly and approachable manner · The ability to use computers and technical systems to identify parts, labour time and tips for quick fixes · Have extensive experience to assist roadside patrols This is a unique role that will give the right person the opportunity to utilise their skills and knowledge within a fast paced environment This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89805703
