Overview

This newly created customer service is available due to a peak time (March - August). This role will be a fast pace telephone based role to support business customers based globally whilst updating their SAP system. Client Details This business are a global leader in the Pharmaceutical industry, this business are situated in South Liverpool and have a team of 10 based in their Customer Service function. Description This Customer Service role will include the following duties; Receiving and processing incoming customer telephone calls, orders and queries Seek to improve processes & ensure compliance of existing procedures Using SAP to support master data work Process product technical complaints, adverse events and medical information calls Profile The desired candidate for this position will match the below criteria; Strong customer focus (Gained through a telephone based Customer Service role) Experience working with a system called SAP Excellent administrative skills and able to manage complaints Work well under pressure Available to start a role will a weeks or less notice Excellent proven skills in the following -Team Work -Collaboration -Reliable and flexible during peak times Job Offer This role is offering; Immediate start (Subject to a DBS check) 6 Month contract initially - possible to be extended Flexible working hours - Longer days Monday - Thursdays and a short day on a Friday 27 days holiday bank holidays Weekly pay Monday to Friday with NO Weekend work
