Overview
Sales Support Administrator. Due to rapid business growth, a highly organised Sales Support Administrator with experience of providing sales support as part of a broad and dynamic administrative role is required to join an innovative, industry-disrupting organisation that designs and builds high-tech, cutting edge equipment for filmmaking. When it comes to robotic camera technology and tracking products for film, broadcast and VR, London based Mo-Sys Engineering is the 'go-to' source for high-end filmmakers and broadcasters all over the world. Mo-Sys manufacture and supply robotic camera systems and tracking technology for clients like ABC, The Weather Channel, Fox, ESPN, Sky, Red Bull, to name a few. The company has contributed to the production of many box office blockbusters and award-winning films and TV series such as The Life of Pi, Gravity, Shape of Water and Stranger Things. The successful Sales Support Administrator will assist the team by responding to website and exhibition enquiries, providing information and quotations, compiling and issuing invoices, and ensuring the CRM system is up to date. Most communication is by email, and occasionally by phone, so the ability to communicate effectively is essential. Key Responsibilities Answer sales enquiries received via website and email Assist with following up on leads gathered from trade show exhibitions Add contacts and administrate CRM system Assisting with creating quotations (using templates and product lists provided) Build relationships (mostly via email) Creating and submitting invoices to clients Arranging and coordinating repairs (including providing government regulation paperwork) Coordinating and arranging Demos and Installations for Technicians (including booking flights, accommodation, liaising with outside parties, following up, issuing invoices and calendar management) Skills & Experience Previous successful experience in a similar Sales Support role Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent knowledge and proficiency of the English language (both written and verbal) Knowledge and confidence using Excel Accurate and detailed Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Open-minded and passionate about the growth and development of the role and the company This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a highly creative team in a truly multi-faceted role.
