Overview
Head of Enterprise – permanent post Salary £49,553 - £55,750 per annum Who are we looking for? This is an exciting opportunity to lead an experienced and highly qualified team, driving SAMS Group business to increase commercial revenue and build the opportunities which will support SAMS future growth. You will be a highly motivated, commercially astute team player who is able to work collaboratively to plan the business development strategy, and deliver challenging sales targets in a research environment. Experience of commercialising research in the academic or charity sectors would be helpful but not essential. The role demands strong communication, delegation and influencing skills and an effective leadership style with a ‘hands on’ approach. If you enjoy working to a clear script, then this may not be the role for you. Lateral thinking and a desire to find solutions is key. We are looking for a diligent self-starter with proven success in building relationships with key stakeholders both in and out the organisation who will be a key member of the SAMS senior management team.
