Hearing Care Assistant – Stratford Are you an experienced Hear care Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a brand new hub practice where you will work alongside modern facilities, have opportunities to train and progression towards career development. Please note: you must have previous hearcare experience or be a qualified HCA to be able to apply for this role The Role Exploring customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance Assisting customers with information on how to wear and care for hearing aids Performing hear care screening tests Making adjustments to hearing aids Booking and rescheduling appointments Understanding and applying NHS practices and procedures as appropriate Cleaning and changing batteries for the hearing aids Good knowledge on the makes and models Progression Audiologist clinical supervision course HCA qualification Progression, support and sponsorship to become a Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser For more information, or to express your interest, please call Lunaria Recruitment on 01566 788656 or 07808 648638.
