Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner Job - Portsmouth We are currently hiring for a level 6 Minor Illness and Injury Qualified Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner (NMC or HCPC registered) at our Urgent Treatment Centre in Portsmouth . The Urgent Treatment Centre in Portsmouth provides a fast, convenient service for those with a minor injury or illness. You’ll be joining Heather’s team at our modern, purpose built centre close to Fratton Park and within walking distance of the train station. Heather is the newly appointed Lead Clinician with 26 years’ experience as a Senior Sister in Emergency Departments and within Primary Care. Heather is a manager who ensures she maintains her hands on skills and often works alongside her team on the “shop floor”. Her vision is to build on the successes of the Urgent Treatment Centre to create a facility known for its excellence . Heather is looking for Nurse or Paramedic Practitioners with the same passion for quality care that she and her team share, to help them get there. As we are a 7 day service we are looking for Nurse or Paramedic Practitioners who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and our shifts range from 7.5 hours – 12.5 hours and as we understand the need for flexible working are also open to discussing hours that suit you . In return for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary starting at around £37,274 per annum dependent on experience with incremental increases upon completion of competencies and further qualifications, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme as well as other benefits including cycle to work scheme and retail discounts.
