Support Services Lead - Private Eye Hospital £30,000 - £36,000 plus Annual Bonus, Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance North London Full Time Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with the UK's most trusted Eye Care specialist in the search for a Support Services Lead to join their team in North London. The Support Services Lead will provide management of all non-clinical functions within the hospital, ensuring operations are coordinated effectively. The successful candidate will lead and work closely with the Receptionists and Administration Assistants in order to improve patients experience and ensure the smooth operations of the Hospital. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team. Candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who has experience managing and leading a team. The successful candidate will need to have previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting and also have strong attention to detail. My client is looking for someone who is professional, presentable and who can lead and direct a team. Key responsibilities include the effective day to day management of the patient service team, costing analysis, Health and Safety, debt management processes, performance management, staff development and handling complaints. Requirements - Excellent knowledge and experience of administration process delivery - Previous experience working with Targets and KPIs - Experience managing a team - Professional attitude - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to deal with challenges with customers and internal stakeholders - Experience doing Rotas and dealing with staff retention - Strong administration duties - Excellent communication skills - Previous healthcare experience - Strong attention to detail - Excellent problem solving skills - Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision Summary My client is seeking a confident and professional Support Services Lead to join their team in North London.
