PAYROLL OFFICER 9 MONTH FTC ILKLEY - Urgent £23,000 - £27,000 A leading and well recognised client is looking for a Payroll & Rewards Officer based at their Head Office. This role would suit an individual who is excited by success, and who can grow with this dynamic business, assist with controls and systems and work at a fast pace. As a key member of the Finance Team, responsible for a large part of the Payroll process for employees within this large the business. A starting salary of £23,000 - £27,000 depending upon experience. The role requires an excellent level of Accounting Payroll, Knowledge of Rewards and experience. You’ll be educated to degree level or equivalent and will be and experienced :Payroll & Reward Specialist with an in depth knowledge of salary benchmarking & evaluation methodologies in the areas of pension and benefit administration. The role is primarily to process payroll & manage employee rewards, but will also include processing finance administrative support to the rest of the finance team where needed. So if are experienced with payroll, genuinely looking to expand your skills into the finance environment this could be an ideal role for you.
