Overview
Our client is a leading bridging lender located in the Westend. Due to natural business expansion, they are seeking to appoint a Lending Assistant to work alongside the underwriting team. You will be required to support the smooth running of the lending process therefore attention to detail is essential as well as an understanding of short-term lending. The ideal candidate will have some basic knowledge of the market but is willing and excited to gain further understanding within a growing and fast-paces environment. The role: Liaise confidently with clients and partners in order to process loan applications to a high degree Obtain quotes from third party valuers, solicitors and quantity surveyors Administration support to the Underwriting team Data entry and updating internal systems About you: Understanding of short-term finance Eager to learn Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Organised and able to prioritise workload
