Overview
17 Healthcare Agency is working with a reputable CQC provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager in Redbridge, London. This role involves working with 7 clients in residential setting. Responsibilities To manage all aspects of the home, including handling safeguarding, leading support team, completing care plans, risk assessments etc. To maintain excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards. To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community. To carry out staff supervisions and appraisals. To help build and maintain a well-motivated and engaged workforce. Previous experience of leading a team. Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding. Good IT skills and confidence in computer based work. To identify significant incidents, events or trends, including managing risk within the delivery of the service and inform managers in order to ensure effective management decisions are taken to resolve issues. To provide management oversight to monitor the quality of service delivery and outcomes to ensure that this is completed to good standards and undertaken within relevant time scales and is legally compliant practice. Managing and ensuring quality assurance. Requirements A minimum of 3 years registered manager experience. Excellent stakeholder engagement/communication skills and working closely with families. Excellent knowledge of CQC KLOEs and regulations. Proven track record in successfully managing supported living services. Essential Requirements for this role NVQ 4, 5 or equivalent A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree in Social Work).
