Overview
My clients are a global leader in financial services and employ in the region of 2500 people worldwide. Due to expansion plans my clients are seeking a qualified solicitor that has experience within drafting, reviewing securitisation and structured finance documentation, ideally with corporate administration experience of UK companies. Superb levels of communication on all levels is a must. The ability to understand, discuss and advise on securitisation and structured products/transactions. Be able to demonstrate that you can work as part of a team and also independently. In return: A competitive basic salary with superb benefits, bonus and annual salary review.
