IMMEDIATE FULL TIME WORK Key Operative / Line Leader Leeds LS10 1DR Apply now - immediate starts available for the right candidate Mach Recruitment are looking for experienced Key Operatives / Line Leaders to work in a chilled food production site in Leeds. Working full time hours on a temp to perm assignment, these positions will become permanent for the right candidates. The Job Working on a five out of seven days basis, hours of work are fixed days/afternoons (7am until 5pm or 4pm until finish). Your daily duties will include: Running of a production line in a fast paced manufacturing environment Leading and motivating a team of operatives Ensuring the finished product meets strict quality requirements Ensuring the production line efficiency meets the target and accurately recording the downtime Completing relevant compliance paperwork including CCP checks The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Experience in a similar role in manufacturing Good numeracy and communication skills (multinational working environment) Ability to understand and undertake food safety qualification Right to work documentation Have a flexible approach to work and hours Ability to understand and adhere to health and safety requirements Ability to maintain personal hygiene standards Ability to positively influence others The Benefits £8.88 - £9.38 per hour Discount programme for temporary workers Includes: ü Costa Coffee ü Sainsbury's ü Boots ü & Many More Apply today to join our AMAZING team Mach Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
