Overview
Focused Recruitment are currently recruiting skilled and semi-skilled butchers,De-boners and Trimmers to work for a highly respected, long established manufacturer in the Merthyr Tydfil area. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 06:00 am -18:00 pm responsibilities will include: - Basic knife skills - Able to trim all / most primals of a Beef carcass to a required specification. - Able to separate muscle and fat to a high standard. - Experience in deboning and trimming. - Able to follow natural seams of a carcass,debone and achieve clean bones at yields of speed. - Confident in decision making Rates of Pay: Rates for Trimmers,Butchers and Deboners are subject to block tests on site. Own transport is essential due to start/finish times.
