Customer Service Admin Start Date: ASAP Initial Period: 6 Months Location: Selkirk Rate: £Competitive The Company My client is a British multinational energy and services company. Its principal activity is the supply of electricity and gas to businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom, Ireland and North America. You will be Responsible for ; Dealing with customer calls professionally and in a timely manner Booking appointments with our clients and customers General administration including dealing with emails, posting of letters, filing etc Preparing documentation (job details, updating system following job completion) Managing the Engineers diary About You; To be successful in this role you will have great team-working skills, with the ability to respond professionally to customer and client enquiries. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is self-motivated with a problem-solving approach. You will have the ability to respond positively to changing workloads and priorities, with a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities. We also need you to be a competent user of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel) and have the ability to learn new systems.
