Overview
Personal Assistant needed to support the Directors of a logistics firm in their new London Office Your new company This company is a global business and is looking to open an office in London as their communications hub/Chairman's office. The business is a leader in logistics and recycling. Your new role You will be supporting the Director and help support the CEO. You will be managing their diaries, setting up meetings, doing daily expenses and act as a point of contact for the rest of the business. You will be working alongside a group of PAs in their India office and will be in charge of the communication for the business. You will be preparing weekly monthly and quarterly reports. What you'll need to succeed They are looking for a hard-working, ambitious and open minded PA. You will need to have great communication skills as you will be attending board meetings to take minutes. They are looking for a self motivated individual who has a positive approach to day to day working life. You will need to be able to be in the office for 07:00 as you will be working with the India office.
