Overview
FAMILY PRACTITIONER - HACKNEY Service Care Solutions is looking for a Family Practitioner to work as part of the Children's Social Care team for Hackney Council. The post holder will promote improved parenting capacity and understanding of the developing needs of children as part of the overall work of the Family Unit. This is a temporary position.
