Overview
My client, an Accountancy Practice based in Stockton-On-Tees are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis for this fantastic opportunity with a growing company. Experience of the end to end Payroll is essential for this position as is working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll. Duties will include but are not limited to: Processing end to end payroll on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis Assisting with year-end procedures Setting up and enrolling staff in to Workplace Pensions Processing client payroll and answering queries Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE, National Insurance etc. Liaising with HMRC General Bookkeeping as and when required VAT return preparation Allocating work to administrators and providing training when necessary
