Support Worker, Temp, Flexible Working, Ongoing Shifts, Children and Young People. Your new role With such a wide range of services this opens doors for so many opportunities. You will provide quality support to young people who have complex emotional needs. You will deliver quality standards of care, support and protection to children and young people. What you'll need to succeed In this role you will need to be passionate about the people you support, you will also need: At least 6 months experience working within this industry A Full UK Driving licence with access to own transport due to the location of this service You will need to provide 2 employment references as well as being able to provide your proof of right to work within the UK A good empathetic view on those with difficult backgrounds An understanding of emotional and social needs of those you will be supporting What you'll get in return What you'll get in return This is a challenging job however, highly rewarding.
