Visitor Advisor - Customer Service - Central London - Heathrow - Gatwick - Competitive market rate Your new company You'll be working for London's leading transport body at one of their bases across London (various available). They are looking for people to be the face of London and uphold their excellent level of customer service. Your new role You will be offering friendly and helpful advice to both tourists and locals. You'll also be helping them with travel advice, travel tickets and advise on the wide range of tourist attraction tickets we have to offer. What you'll need to succeed You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have a pro-active attitude. Its essential you have a willingness and ability to deliver an excellent level of customer service and a passion working as a team and offer help to others. We need you to proactively approach visitors who seem in need of assistance, and listen carefully to their requests. Your aim will be to ensure that every single visitor has the best possible experience in London. You will need to be able to think on your feet to answer the wide range of queries you will receive from visitors. Additional languages are welcomed and desirable.
