We are an organisation that is values driven so it is important that you are able to fit with our key behaviours which are: ·You will need to ensure that accurate and detailed records are made regarding each customer visit so a good level of literacy is required. Your role will also involve liaising on a daily basis with customers and their families, care colleagues and health professionals so your communication and customer service skills should be second to none.
