Personal Assistant job in London - Competitive Salary Personal Assistant Job Location: SE London Salary: Competitive Permanent Your new company A leading IT service provider has a job requirement for a Personal Assistant to join their growing team in SE London. Our client, who operate in over 70 countries and have over 10,000 employees in Europe alone, are Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services who implement the most appropriate technology from a wide range of vendors to manage their technology infrastructure on their client's behalf. However, the most important part of their company are the services they provide, which is where you come in. Your new job in Hatfield In your new job as a Personal Assistant in SE London you will be responsible for diary management to include arranging travel, booking rooms and venues and producing agendas - minute taking, actions etc. You will need to manage calls, emails and provide responses on behalf of the senior member. There will be expenses submissions to make and mileage logs, also preparing documentation and correspondence. This position will include administration of direct reports' personnel issues, including holiday, bonuses, pay review submission. The role will require some UK travel. What you'll need to succeed The successful Personal Assistant based in SE London will have excellent organisation skills and be a dynamic self-starter. You will need to work to deadlines and have excellent communisation skills. It is paramount that you are highly organised and have great attention to detail.
