IMMEDIATE START JOB ROLE: Personal Assistant JOB TYPE: Permanent COMPANY: Creative Design HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible) SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience LOCATION: Heart of London City CULTURE: Vibrant, friendly, sociable, hardworking and professional, inclusive, creative, ambitious DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Directly supporting 4 team members and 1 director with all admin and PA duties General administration tasks to support the office Data entry of new information on to salesforce database and researching on social media platforms Diary management, note taking, research, printing presentations and marketing material Assist in formatting and printing mail. Manage outgoing post including international and special deliveries. Maintain stock lists and order marketing materials and brochures etc. Managing linked in and social media platforms for the company and directors Assist in arranging seminars, including organising catering. Attend company seminars and support with meeting / greeting delegates etc. Some events may be international. Note-taking, expenses and managing claims Proactively taking on admin duties and assisting with business development teams Growing with the company and within the role SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: 2-3 years solid PA experience with strong administrative skills Experience knowledge of supporting higher management and a team Ideally someone who has worked in a large company now seeking to go into a smaller organisation Must be confident in executing PA duties and managing directors Needs to understand and follow values of company and importance of client coming first Excellent written and spoken English is very important for the role, lots of technical work involved. Microsoft Office, computer literate, strong telephone and communication skills, Friendly and personable - Motivations and personality are key Individual must be ambitious and seeking a career and want progression opportunities within the role and the company Vibrant, positive and happy to work amongst a team culture Dynamic, trustworthy and reliable, fast learner, accurate, strong attention to detail and highly efficient.
