Overview
Are you an experienced Property Solicitor with links to Ayrshire, or perhaps you would like to relocate to the area? This is a long-established firm who are widely regarded throughout Ayrshire and beyond. They offer a friendly and supportive environment, with a good work/life balance and as such they have a very low turnover. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to grow and progress within the firm with the prospect of Partnership on offer in the mid-term. Typical work shall include running a busy caseload of commercial property transactions including purchase, sales, commercial leases and managing property portfolios for larger commercial clients. There may be an element of residential work from time to time. Ideally you shall have a minimum of 4 years' post qualifying experience within commercial property, possess excellent communication skills and be willing to play a key role in the future development of the business.
